to get you code off the Lab Machine is 3 steps:
        
        0) shutdown Eclipse
        
        1) is cleanup, go to the File Manager on the Lab MAchine
           and delete any files/folders/project
           you do not want to save
           
           for example...
             any projects that you got from the web site, 
             any data files from the web site,
             etc
             
        2) using the File Manager build a zip file from the
           c:\JavaImmerison\Workspace
           
           WARNING: these folders should NOT be included in the zip
                     .sqleditor_project
                     RemoteConfigurationFiles
                     RemoteSystemTempFiles
           
            the zip fiel is limited to 500Mb, the bigger it is the longer
            it will take to upload and download
            
            so you can create multiple zip files
            
            give the zip file a good name
            
        3) open the ProTechFTP tool (icon on the Desktop)
            and upload the zip file(s)
            
            email the link to downlaod the zip file(s) to yourself
