	the User will see a list of "Categories"
				i.e. CountryGroups, DevelopingRegions, SmallStates
				
	the User will select a Category
	
		the User will not see a list of Sub-Categories 
		
			Caribbean Small States, Other Small States, 
			Pacific Island Small States ,Small States 
	
	the User will select a Sub-Category
	
		the Application will make an Ajax call to get the data....
