A web enabled computer (in-house or cloud)
                has 2 type of users
                
                1) Human -> so I build a Web Site w/ HTML
                             and I have a lot of web pages
                             
                2) Applications -> the client is not a person, but a program
                                     so the web appl needs to sends "data"
                                     not HTML w/ images, just DATA
                                     this is a Web Service
