                to create a server for my app
                
                I need:
                
                1) a server (physical/software) to host my appl
                    this gives me:
                      CPU
                      Memory
                2) when I start my server I get assigned an IP address
                    from the Amazon pool, everything I stop/restart
                    my server I get a new IP address
                    if I want a permanent IP address I need to pay for it
                3) I now need storage, I need 2 types of storage
                    1) Need to store my server config (a bucket)
                    2) Need a disk to hold my data base, etc
                        encript my disk
