Lets play a game
	
	Rules the code will select a random number between 1 and 1000
	the player get 10 attemps to guess the number 
	the code will respond with:
	   Too Low
	   Too High
	   You Win
	   
	after 10 attempts the game is over and the code will display the correct answer
	
	options:
	  replay after the game ends
	  'h' to request a Hist
	  'q' to quit (and show the answer)
